Recently, the "Oil-containing Wastewater Treatment Project for the Storage and Transportation Department," jointly conducted by SinoMstone, a subsidiary of MSTN Group, and a petrochemical company, achieved remarkable success. Field operation results demonstrated that the high-efficiency Eddyflo® system, independently developed by MSTN Group, operated successfully. Without the addition of chemical agents, the oil content in the treated effluent was reduced to 29.4mg/L, fully meeting the client's technical requirements. This project provided an efficient and reliable solution for high-oil wastewater treatment in the petrochemical industry.

Before the commencement of this project, the oil-containing wastewater treatment system of the petrochemical company's storage and transportation department faced severe challenges, as the discharged wastewater exceeded the oil content limits set by the subsequent sewage treatment plant. To address this, the client specifically invited our company to conduct on-site treatment, aiming to verify through practical operation whether Eddyflo® system could truly resolve this production challenge.
Eddyflo® system independently developed by MSTN was used in this project, which is a skid mounted design for easy transportation and rapid on-site deployment.
The project team delivered the equipment to the project site at the end of March 2026 and completed the lifting and positioning of all equipment, pipeline connection, and electrical wiring work in early April. During the subsequent operation period, our technical personnel worked closely with on-site staff to complete the non dosing operation, and conducted multiple joint sampling analyses with rigorous processes and complete records.
The successful completion of this processing task verified the technical progressiveness and engineering applicability of Eddyflo® system. Being able to stably control the oil content index of external drainage within the receiving requirements of the sewage treatment plant, thereby alleviating the treatment pressure of subsequent sewage treatment plants and improving the stability and economy of production and operation.
The successful application of this project marks the milestone for Eddyflo ® The technological strength in the field of industrial oil-water separation has once again gained important recognition. MSTN will continue to be committed to providing more efficient and energy-saving environmental protection technology solutions for industrial customers such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, and steel, to safeguard the green and low-carbon development and transformation upgrading of enterprises.
